Jon Stacy Carter (born March 12, 1965) is an American former professional football player who was a defensive lineman in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys. He also was a member of the Raleigh–Durham Skyhawks and Frankfurt Galaxy in the World League of American Football (WLAF). He played college football for the Pittsburgh Panthers.
