Joseph Dindiok Kpemka (born 13 August 1973) is a Ghanaian politician and was a member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana, representing the Tempane constituency in the Upper East Region,on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party.[1]
Born on 13 August 1973, Kpemka holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Bacher of law from the University of Ghana and Barrister at law from the Ghana School of Law.[2]
Career
He taught English at the Ghana Education Service from 2002 to 2005. From 2008 to 2009, he served as a District Chief Executive for Garu Tempane District. He became a lawyer and lectured at the Bolgatanga Technical University from 2009 to 2016.[2] He was Ghana's Deputy Attorney General and Minister of Justice from 2017 to 2021. In May 2024, Kpemka was appointed by Nana Akufo-Addo to serve as Deputy Managing Director for Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited(BOST).[3]
