Joseph Ralph Hills Jr. was an English-American constable and settler of Massachusetts Bay Colony, arriving with his family in 1638.[1] He was present with his father, Joseph Hills Sr., at the incorporation of Malden, Massachusetts in 1649, serving as its first constable.[2]
