Julian R. Bear Runner is a former president of the Oglala Sioux Tribe from 2018 to 2020. When elected, Bear Runner was the second-youngest person ever elected as president of the tribe.
He was elected in 2018. At 33, he was the second-youngest person to ever be elected to the post.[2][3] In 2020, he lost re-election to former state senator Kevin Killer.[4]
