Kaadyr-ool Bicheldey

Kaadyr-ool Alexeyevich Bicheldey[a] (born 2 January 1950) is a Russian philologist and politician of Tuvan descent.[1] Nowadays he is the director of the Tuvan National Museum "Aldan-Maadyr".[2]

From 2000 to 2003, Bicheldey was a member of the third-convocation State Duma of the Russia.[1] There, he was notable as a notable proponent of the Law on languages of peoples of the Russian Federation. Afterwards, from 2004 to 2008, he was the Speaker of the Great Khural of Tuva.
