The Kader Factory for Developed Industries (Egyptian Arabic: مصنع قادر للصناعات المتطورة) is one of the factories affiliated with the Arab Organization for Industrialization.[1][2] Established in 1949 under the name Heliopolis Aircraft Factory, its goal was to produce the “Al-Gomhouria” basic training set. In 1975, the factory became a member of the Arab Organization, under the name of Kader Factory for Developed Industries.[1][2] The factory area is 135,000 square meters and employs a staff of 1,800 employees.
The factory includes about 24 production and service workshops, in addition to 30 buildings for administrations and warehouses.[2][1] It is located in Al-Tayaran Street in Nasr City, Cairo.[1][2][3]
