Kapelln is subdivided into the Katastralgemeinden Etzersdorf, Kapelln, Katzenberg, Mitterau, Mitterkilling, Oberkilling, Obermiesting, Pönning, Panzing, Rapoltendorf, Rassing, Thalheim, Unterau, Unterkilling and Untermiesting.
