Karatyaki (Russian: Каратяки; Bashkir: Ҡаратәкә, Qaratäkä) is a rural locality (a selo) in Starotukmaklinsky Selsoviet, Kushnarenkovsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 370 as of 2010.[2] There are 4 streets.
