Kathleen Addy

Addy graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana. She obtained a master's degree in Communications from the University of Ghana School of Communications Studies.^[5]

In 2017,^[1] Addy was appointed Deputy Chairperson in Charge of Finance and Administration at the National Commission For Civic Education^[6] by President Nana Akufo-Addo.^[5] Addy has worked with civil society organisations in Ghana^[5] including the Center for Democratic Development (CDD) where she was the Afrobarometer Communications Manager with oversight of seven African countries.^[5] Addy also worked with the Center for Policy Analysis (CEPA) Ghana as a Research and Communications Officer,^[7] with a focus on women's economic empowerment and economic partnership agreements.^[8]

Addy has worked on projects in gender and economic development,^[9] gender-based and domestic violence,^[10] and economic development through international trade.^[8]
