Kazuyuki Okitsu (興津 和幸, Okitsu Kazuyuki; born March 8, 1980) is a Japanese voice actor and narrator. After he graduated from the Osaka University of Arts, he was initially represented by the RME talent agency. However, since May 2007, he has been affiliated with Kekke Corporation.[1] As of 2026, he is best known for his role as Yusuke Kamiya in the anime series Eren the Southpaw.
