Kellen M. Davis[1] (born October 11, 1985) is an American former professional football player who was a tight end in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Chicago Bears in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL draft. He played college football for the Michigan State Spartans.
Davis was ranked among the nation's top 10 tight ends as a high school senior. He played college football at Michigan State University, appearing in 43 games with 22 starts. He was an All Big-Ten honorable mention as a senior and totaled 60 receptions for 789 yards and 9 touchdowns over his career.[2] He was also notable for playing on all three units (offense, defense and special teams) during his senior year.[3]
