Kelly Purwanto Ari Nugroho (born August 3, 1983) is a retired Indonesian professional basketball player who last played for the Amartha Hangtuah of the Indonesian Basketball League (IBL). He was also a member of the Indonesia national basketball team.[1][2]

Purwanto competed for the Indonesia national basketball team at the FIBA Asia Championship 2009 for the first time.[3]

He has a nephew, Radithyo Wibowo which is the youngest player in the league that plays for Dewa United Banten.[4]
