Khaled Emam (born January 17, 1994) is an Egyptian human rights lawyer, peace activist and scholar[1] who speaks widely on democracy, justice, peace, and security in the Middle East.[2][3][4][5][6][7]

He is the founder and executive director of Justice Call,[8][9] In an interview with BBC News Arabic, Emam discussed the necessity of institutional justice reform and the role of youth in the Middle East.[9][10] a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and marginalized communities across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Khaled writes extensively on issues of global security, Middle East politics,[11][12] and multilateral diplomacy.[13][14][15][16]
Education
Emam earned a bachelor of laws and a master's degree in law from Cairo University,[17] as well as a master's of public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School.[18][19][1] He has also taught international law, peace, and security in various institutions around the world.[20]
