Khalid Mahmood is a Pakistani civil servant who served as the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in 1998 and 1999.[1] He oversaw various aspects of the sport's administration and development.[citation needed] He passed the Central Superior Services exam in 1967.[2] He also served as the provincial ombudsman of Punjab, Pakistan.[3]
