Khondker M. Talha

Talha completed a master's degree in economics and an MBA from the University of Dhaka.^[3] He did another masters at Monash University in foreign affairs and trade.^[3]

Talha joined the 15th batch of Bangladesh Civil Service in the foreign affairs cadre.^[3]

In 2010, Talha was the chief of protocol of the Foreign Ministry.^[4]

Talha had served in the Permanent Mission of Bangladesh to the United Nations.^[5] He served as the deputy high commissioner of Bangladesh to the United Kingdom.^[6] He was the director general for East Asia and Pacific Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.^[7]

In September 2021, Talha was appointed ambassador of Bangladesh to France.^[3]
