Khurram Khan Panni (16 November 1921 – 25 January 1997)[2] was the Chief Whip of the East Pakistan Provincial Assembly. He served as an ambassador of Pakistan to Argentina, Philippines, and Kenya, and as the first ambassador of the newly independent Bangladesh to Indonesia.[3][4]
