Kiattichai Chaichaowarat (Thai: เกียรติชัย ชัยเชาวรัตน์; 11 December 1938 – 22 August 2026) was a Thai politician. He served as the President of Office of the Prime Minister from August to October 1997, Deputy Minister of Interior from 1995 to 1997, and Deputy Minister of Industry from 1992 to 1994. He also represented Udon Thani Province as a Member of the House of Representatives from 1983 to 2000.

Early life and career
Kiattichai Chaichaowarat was born on 11 December 1938 in Udon Thani Province, Thailand. He is the son of Siangheng Chaichaowarat, and his wife, Hong Chaichaowarat. He graduated and received a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of the South Pacific in the United States.[1]
Kiattichai started his political career when he represented Udon Thani, where he was first elected to the House of Representatives as a Member of Parliament in the 1983 Thai general election under the party of Social Action Party. He got re-elected to Parliament six times representing Udon Thani across major election cycles in 1983, 1986, March 1992, September 1992, 1995, and 1996, for the prime ministers Chuan Leekpai, Banharn Silpa-Archa, and Chavalit Yongchaiyudh.[2][3][4][5][6]
