Kiffosso I is a village and rural commune in the Cercle of Yorosso in the Sikasso Region of southern Mali. The commune covers an area of 446 square kilometers and includes 10 villages.[3] In the 2009 census it had a population of 15,502.[2] The village of Kiffosso I, the administrative center (chef-lieu) of the commune, is 21 km northeast of Yorosso.
