Kimmo Albin Innanen (March 12, 1937 – August 3, 2011) was a Canadian astrophysicist of Finnish descent.
Kim grew up in Toronto. His first language was Finnish. He obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering physics with honors from the University of Toronto. In 1960, he received his master's degree in applied mathematics at the University of Waterloo. He completed his doctorate at the University of Toronto in 1964.[1]
