Kladky (German: Rom) is a municipality and village in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.
Kladky lies approximately 29 kilometres (18 mi) north-west of Prostějov, 32 km (20 mi) west of Olomouc, and 180 km (110 mi) east of Prague.
