Geography

The village is located on the Gorodkov Brook (a tributary of the Prutishche in the basin of the Seym), 76.5 km from the Russia–Ukraine border, 48 km north-west of Kursk, 17 km north-east of the district center – the urban-type settlement Konyshyovka, 2.5 km from the selsoviet center – Maloye Gorodkovo.[7]
