Koki Kitayama (北山 亘基, Kitayama Kōki; born April 10, 1999) is a Japanese professional baseball pitcher for the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters of Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB).[1]

Career
On June 19, 2025, Kitayama pitched a no-hitter until the bottom of the 9th inning, when he allowed a solo home run to Yomiuri Giants catcher Takumi Ohshiro.[2] He was named an NPB All-Star for the first time in 2025.
