Konstantinos Galeadis (Greek: Κωνσταντίνος Γαλεάδης; born 21 August 1999) is a Greek professional footballer who plays as a forward for Super League 2 club Aiolikos.[1]

Career
Born in Thessaloniki,[2] he played with youth team of AEL. He then moved to Italy and joined Nuorese Calcio.[3] In summer 2019 he joined FK Radnički Pirot and debuted in Serbian First League.[3]
