Koorapalayam is a neighbourhood in Erode district of Tamil Nadu state in the peninsular India.[1][2]
Koorapalayam is located at an altitude of about 250 m above the mean sea level with the geographical coordinates of 11°18′36″N 77°37′49″E / 11.310080°N 77.630390°E.[3]
Maduriveeran Temple[4] and Chinnamman Nattarayasamy Temple[5] situated here are under the control of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
