Kugarchi (Russian: Кугарчи; Bashkir: Күгәрсен, Kügärsen) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative centre of Surensky Selsoviet, Zianchurinsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 856 as of 2010.[2] There are 8 streets.
