La Chapelle-Huon (French pronunciation: [la ʃapɛl ɥɔ̃]) is a commune in the Sarthe department in the Pays de la Loire region in north-western France. Its inhabitants are called Capellhuonnais and Capellhuonnaises.

La Chapelle-Huon (Latin: Capella Hugonis) is named after one of its ancient lords, named Hugo. His name appears for the first time in 1233 under the name of Capella Parrochia Hugonie.
