Le M Residence (Chinese: 馥華艾美) is a skyscraper complex located in Xinban Special District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The complex consists of two skyscrapers: a residential tower with a height of 172 m (564 ft) comprising 46 floors above ground with five basement levels; a hotel tower with a height of 145.2 m (476 ft) and comprises 31 floors above ground with four basement levels.[1] Construction of the complex began in 2014 and was completed in 2024.[2] The building occupies an area of 11,691 m2 (125,840 sq ft) and the total cost of the construction the complex is approximately NT$15 billion.[3] Upon opening in 2025, the hotel tower will be managed by Le Méridien.[4][5]
