Leszek Skiba (born June 20, 1978) is a Polish banker and politician who was vice minister of public finance from 2015 to 2020 and President of the Management Board of Bank Pekao, the second largest bank in Poland, from 2020 to May 2024.[1]
Leszek Skiba was born in Lublin and graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) with a master's degree in International Economic Relations in 2002.[2][3]
