Liau Huei-fang (Chinese: 廖蕙芳; pinyin: Liào Huìfāng) is a Taiwanese lawyer and sociologist. She was the Deputy Minister of Labor from 20 May 2016 until 27 November 2017.
Liau attended law school at National Chengchi University, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in law.[2] She then earned her Ph.D. in social studies from Tunghai University.
