Lichfield Theological College
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Lichfield Theological College[1] was founded in 1857[2] to train Anglican clergy to serve in the Church of England.[3] Uniquely at its foundation, the college did not require a degree, and non-graduates made up the majority of its ordinands.[4] The college had "high church tendencies".[4] It was located on the south side of the Cathedral Close in Lichfield, Staffordshire and closed in 1972.
