Limosilactobacillus coleohominis is a species of Gram-positive, non-motile, facultatively anaerobic bacteria in the family Lactobacillaceae. It was originally described as Lactobacillus coleohominis in 2001 based on isolates from the human vagina and cervix, and reassigned to the genus Limosilactobacillus during a major phylogenomic reclassification of the genus Lactobacillus in 2020.[1][2]
