Linda Newton is an Australian actress. She played Jill Martin on Cop Shop,[1] Trish Garrett on The Restless Years,[2] Alice Blake on Taurus Rising,[3][4] Meg on Sword of Honour,[5] Pal Kenzy on Star Cops,[6][7] and Robyn Kennedy on My Two Wives.[8][9]
Linda Newton graduated from NIDA in 1977[10] soon after landing a short stint on Cop Shop which was extended by the producers.[1]
On stage she appeared in The Hostage (NIDA, 1977),[11] Catch Me if You Can (Marian Street, 1978),[12] The Proposal (The Stables, 1981),[13] Treats (Q Theatre, 1986),[14] and Relatively Speaking (Forrest Theatre Company, 1988).[15][16]
