Linda Lee Goode Phillips (born October 21, 1952) is an American politician who was a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates representing District 25[1] from January 12, 2013 to December 31, 2015. Phillips served consecutively from January 2009 until January 2013 in the District 22 seat.
Phillips earned her BA and MA from Marshall University.
