List of active Estonian Navy ships

This is a list of active Estonian Navy ships. In total there are 7 commissioned ships in the navy.^[1]

In 2023 the naval fleet of the Police and Border Guard Board was merged with the Estonian Navy, meaning that the Police and Border Guard Board transferred its four sizeable sea-going patrol vessels, the Kindral Kurvits, the EML Pikker [et], the EML Valve [et] and the Raju to Estonian Navy and retained only some smaller boats. The transfer was made to improve coastal patrol capabilities and save money.^[2][3]
