Largest investment managers by real estate assets under management
Institutional Real Estate, Inc.'s annual IRE.IQ Real Estate Managers Guide lists real estate investment managers by their real estate assets under management (AUM). In 2025, the listed real estate managers have more than $5.1 trillion in real estate AUM, with the top 10 largest firms holding $2.2 trillion in real estate AUM and the top 50 firms holding $4.4 trillion in real estate AUM.[1]
