Benidorm, a city known for its hotel industry, beaches and skyscrapers, is located at the southeastern edge of Spain 40 km from Alicante.[1] Benidorm is also known as Little Manhattan because of its tall buildings. It is the city with the most high rises per inhabitant in the world, with more than 30 buildings over 100 meters and more than 75 over 80 meters.[2]

Since its final opening in 2021, the Intempo has been the tallest building.[3][4]
