Lithops salicola is a species of perennial plant in the family Aizoaceae, often called living stones,[1] because of its resemblance to round grey pebbles.
Distribution
This species can be found in the Cape Provinces and Free State of South Africa[4] at an elevation of 1,000 metres (3,300 ft) to 1,350 metres (4,430 ft). It is generally found in well-drained soil or in rock crevices. It occurs in an area of summer rainfall.
