Lomas Coloradas Formation

The Lomas Coloradas Formation is a Mesozoic geologic formation in Mexico.[1][2][3][4] Dinosaur remains are among the fossils that have been recovered from the formation, although only a few have yet been referred to a specific genus.[5] Indeterminate hadrosaur remains,[6] indeterminate ceratopsian remains,[7] indeterminate tyrannosaur remains,[8] indeterminate maniraptoriform remains,[9] and indeterminate sauropod remains, most likely belonging to Alamosaurus, have been unearthed here.[10]
