Extinct genus of fishes From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Lompoquia retropes is an extinct genus of ray-finned fishes belonging to the family Sciaenidae, the drums.[2] These fishes lived what is now Southern California[3] during the Upper Miocene subepoch.[1]
