Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976

The Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976 (c. 32) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments relating to lotteries, prize competitions and amusements with prizes in Great Britain.[1]

Subsequent developments

The whole act was repealed by section 356(3)(i) of the Gambling Act 2005, which came into force on 1 September 2007.[3]
