Lourdes Alameda Garcia-Moreno (born 29 July 1991) is a Spanish rugby union player. She has competed for Spain in the 2014, 2017 and 2025 Women's Rugby World Cups.
Alameda first participated in rhythmic gymnastics at the age of three, she later took part in other sports like tennis and badminton.[1]
She first got involved with rugby at 18 while attending the Complutense University of Madrid in 2009.[2][3] She intended to play handball in college but there wasn't a women's league.[4] There were other sports to choose from but rugby caught her attention. She knew she wanted to play rugby because she knew nothing about it.[4]
