Ludgvan, Madron, Gulval and Heamoor is an electoral division of Cornwall in the United Kingdom which returns one member to sit on Cornwall Council. It was created at the 2021 local elections, being formed primarily from parts of the former divisions of Ludgvan and Gulval and Heamoor, as well as the part of Madron parish which had been in St Buryan electoral division.[1][2] The current councillor is Juliet Line, a Liberal Democrat.[3]

The division includes the villages of Ludgvan, Madron, Gulval, Heamoor, Morvah, Zennor and Crowlas as well as the hamlets of Rosemergy, Treen, Mulfra, Tregavarah, Vellanoweth, Trevarrack, Trevowhan, Little Bosullow and Great Bosullow.[4]
