Lydia Valeryanovna Axionova (Romanian: Lidia Axionov; Russian: Лидия Валерьяновна Аксенова; 19 July 1923 – 18 September 2019) was a Soviet and Moldovan conductor, music teacher, choral theorist, music writer, the first professor of choral conducting in Moldova, Honoured Artist of the Moldavian SSR.[1]
