Ma Qiulin (Chinese: 马秋林; born July 1960) is a Chinese politician and engineer. He previously served as Vice Governor of Jiangsu and Vice Chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress. Ma has held several executive positions in the petrochemical industry, including chairman and General Manager of Yangzi Petrochemical Company, and later leadership roles in Jiangsu Guoxin Asset Management Group.[1][2]
