Mädina Erasylqyzy Äbılqasymova (Kazakh: Мәдина Ерасылқызы Әбілқасымова; born 1 August 1978) is a Kazakh politician serving as the head of the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of Kazakhstan since 2019. She previously served as the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population from 2018 to 2019.
