Mahendra Bahadur Pandey is a Nepalese politician and diplomat. A politburo member of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist), on 25 February 2014 he assumed the post of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Nepal under Sushil Koirala-led government.[1][2][3] Since April 2020, he is the Ambassador of Nepal to China.[4][5] Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he assumed his post from Kathmandu until September 2020.[6][7]
