Production

Make that Movie was created by Sam Campbell, who also appears in the series, playing himself.[3] The six-part series is directed by Joe Pelling.[4] It is produced by Will Hay and comes from Blink Industries. Alongside Campbell the lead cast is made up of Lara Ricote, Aaron Chen, Helen Bauer and David Hargreaves. The cast also includes Babak Ganjei and Katie Norris.[5][3][6]

Campbell told Adam Buxton on his Ramble Chat podcast, released September 2024, that a pilot episode was filmed for Channel 4 starring Kim Noble.[7] The series was in production the following year.[8]

The series will air on Channel 4 on 28 May 2026.[6]
