Mammad Hamid oghlu Alakbarov (Azerbaijani: Məmməd Həmid oğlu Ələkbərov, 1899 — 7 February 1959) was a Soviet Azerbaijani bureaucrat and pedagogue who was the first Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan (1953–1955), Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijan SSR (1952–1953) and Minister of Education of the Azerbaijan SSR (1947–1952).
