Marcos Artemio Ilabaca Cerda (born 5 October 1970) is a Chilean politician who serves as deputy.[2][3]
Professional life
He completed his secondary education at the Liceo Comercial A-26 in Temuco.[4]
In 1992, he enrolled in law at the Austral University of Chile, earning his law degree on 29 April 2002. He is also a certified accountant from the Eduardo Frei Montalva Higher Institute of Commerce.[4]
Between 2006 and 2007, he completed a master’s degree in Management and Public Policy at the Adolfo Ibáñez University.[4]
He served as legal advisor to the Municipality of Máfil, in the Los Ríos Region.[4]
