Marguerite Manuela Effa Mfegue (born Jan 19, 1997) is a Cameroonian basketball player. She plays for Azkoitia Azepeitia ISB women team in Spain.[1] She is the daughter of Parfait Effa who competed in the Olympics in Judo in 2000.[2]
She attended FairFax High School. She averaged 23.4 points, and 12.2 rebounds during her four years at Fairfax. She was a two-time pick as the Los Angeles City Section Player of the Year out of Fairfax High School and also helped her team to a conference championship in 2015.[3]
